Please find my explanation below: 1. This transmitter is not intended to apply for modular approval. It is a final product to be installed inside a car with the stereo system, just like a car security/alarm system. The input siganl is audio only. 2. When applying audio signal into the modulator box, it can transmit RF signal to the receiver using channel 1 (49.1MHz) or channel 2 (49.7MHz).
