Users Manual

User’s Manual FCC Note: “This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Consumer RF Lighting device, pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45 – 30MHz.” * Reorient or relocated the equipment position * Increase the separation between the equipment and the other electronic equipments * Connect the equipment into other circuit different from other electronic equipments are connected * Consult the dealer or an experienced electronic equipments technician for help Caution: 1. Use only on 120V/60Hz 2. Turn off the switch when replacing and cleaning 3. Wipe lamp with a dry duster. 4. Do not use any chemical duster or solvent such as benzene or thinner. 5. Do not spray insecticide on this lamp. 6. Suitable for indoor use. Reliable operating temperature is -10-100 F. Do not use with dimmers or other control devices.

Operational Description
