This information is classified as “Company Confidential” and disclosure of these exhibits would potentially be harmful to our business because this product incorporates innovative lowpower RF transmitter design techniques, ECG processing technology, and other such details that would be useful to a competitor in the medical telemetry business. This information is not available to the public since all service and repairs are done on a sub-assembly basis and the design details are hidden. Please provide clear internal photos. 2 You RF exposure statement states the device has 0.25mW conducted power. The antenna conducted plot on pages 20 and 22 show 104.22dBuV (-2.78dBm or .5mW) and 105.09dBuV (-1.91dBw or .644mW). Please correct your rf exposure statement, 731 and report to reflect the measured value of antenna conducted at the fundamental. While limits for 95H devices are in field strength at 3 meters, the grant uses antenna-conducted power generally. 3 The following files cannot be opened by the FCC servers adobe acrobat User's Manual.pdf confidential_Schematics.pdf Please provide files without Asian or otherwise undefined fonts. 4 Please note, the report and the 731 do not agree on the emissions designator. Please provide the proper emissions designator and explain how you derived this designator. FCC ID: DV8LX5160A Dear Mr. Dennis Ward, Regarding the above referenced application, please find our reply to the comments dated September 26, 2002: 1) We upload the revised internal photos for the equipment. 2) We modified the conducted power to 0.644mW on RF Exposure Statement and Form 731. Please refer to revised RF Exposure statement and Form 731. 3) Please find uploaded Schematics.pdf and User’s Manual.pdf 4) As described on FCC Part 2.202.(c).(1) and (2), we used the formula of item (g) to derive the emission designator listed on Form 731. The bandwidth described on test report (No. 22KE0010-YK) is the value derived from actual measurement. In addition, we included the explanation on page 5 of the test report, in order to clarify that all other out of band emissions than the band ages were tested using the QP function of the analyzer.
