This device is restricted to Rail Road Locomotive operations in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure environment, not exceeding a maximum transmitting duty cycle factor of 50%. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be professionally installed and must be fixed-mounted on the locomotive rooftop with a separation distance of at least 45 cm from all persons. The antenna must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Use of any other antenna, other than the one supplied, will be addressed at the time of licensing. The installer must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
