C22.2 NO.62368-1 CONFORMS TO What’s in the box Connect, Charge and Power on the Sensor Quick start guide Connect the charging cable to the sensor and a USB power port (2A or below). The LED indicator lights red steadlily. After the sensor is fully charged, press the power button to turn the sensor on. The three LED indicators turn on and then turn off. • ONLY charge the sensor with 2A or below USB power port. • Before using the sensor for the first time, charge the sensor battery for 12 hours. When the sensor battery is fully charged, the red LED indicator remains on. • The standby time varies depending on your actual use. • If the battery power is low, the LED indicator flashes red, then goes off. The applied nameplate is located at the bottom of the sensor’s base. When using your equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury, including the following: 1. Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the product. 2. Adult setup is required. 3. This product is intended as an aid. It is not a substitute for responsible and proper adult supervision and should not be used as such. 4. This product is not intended for use as a medical monitor. 5. Do not use this product near water, for example, near to a bath, sink, swimming pool or shower. 6. CAUTION: Use only the battery provided. There may be a risk of explosion if a wrong type of battery is used for the parent unit. The battery cannot be subjected to high or low extreme temperature and low air pressure at high altitude during use, storage or transportation. Disposal of battery in fire or a hot oven, mechanically crushing or cutting the battery can result in an explosion. Leaving the battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid of gas. Battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Dispose of used battery according to the information in The RBRC seal. 7. The power adapter is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor mount position. Do not place this product on an unstable table, shelf, stand or other unstable surfaces. 16. This product should not be placed in any area where proper ventilation is not provided. Slots and openings in the back or bottom of this product are provided for ventilation. To protect them from overheating, these openings must not be blocked by placing the product on a soft surface such as a bed, sofa or rug. This product should never be placed near or over a radiator or heat source. 17. Never push objects of any kind into this product through the slots because they may touch dangerous voltage points or create a short circuit. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product. 18. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble this product, but take it to an authorized service facility. Disassembling or removing parts of the product other than via the battery door may expose you to dangerous voltages or other risks. Analysis Report The Equipment Under Test (EUT), is a Breathing Sensor Tag with Bluetooth BLE feature. The EUT operates in a frequency range between 2402MHz and 2480MHz. The EUT is powered 3.7VDC internal rechargeable Li-ion battery and/or USB port (5VDC). Antenna Type: Internal, Integral, wire antenna Peak Antenna Gain: 0dBi 2.4GHz Bluetooth portion: Modulation Type: GFSK Conducted RF power range: -20dBm to 0dBm According to the KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance v01 Based on the Maximum allowed average field strength of production tolerance was 95.2dBμV/m at 3m (0 dBm). Thus, it below calculated field strength according to minimum SAR exclusion threshold level as follows: The worst case of SAR Exclusion Threshold Level at 2.48GHz with distance 5mm: = 2.717mW According to the KDB 412172 D01: EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2*1000 / 30] Calculated Field Strength for 2.717mW is 99.6dBuV/m @3m Since maximum average field strength plus production tolerance < = 99.6dBuV/m @3m and antenna gain is > = 0.0dBi, it is concluded that maximum Conducted Power and Field Strength are well below the SAR Exclusion threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
