Q1. SAR test was done with 1800 MHz head liquid and probe factor for 2400MHz head and body. This SAR report is not applicable to demonstrate 2400 MHz SAR compliance. SAR values are low, and Supplement C Table 1 applies. Some comments on SAR report are as follows. A1. SAR test was done with 1800 MHz and the probe factor was for 1800 MHz also. Please see Page 19, 20 and 23 of the revised test report. Q2. FYI. In future filings please include test date on printouts from DASY system. A2. We will include test data on printout from DASY system in the future. Q3. Please demonstrate that frequency hopping was disabled during SAR test. A3. Please see page 47, 48, and 49 of the revised test report. Q4. SAR plots list SAM phantom, but setup photos show Generic Twin phantom. Please clarify which phantom was used. A4. It was Generic Twin phantom. Q5. Please submit data pages from probe cal cert. A5. The data page from probe calibration certificate was added to Page 45 of the revised test report.
