The device does not use the provisions of 47CFR 15.323 (c) (6), random waiting mechanism is not used in this system. 2. The provisions of 47CFR 15.323 (c) (10) and 47CFR 15.323 (c) (11) are not used to extend the range of spectrum occupied over space or time for the purpose of denying fair access to spectrum to other devices. 3. Only the headset will act as the initiating device, which will initiate the establishment of the duplex connection. 4. The device complies with the provisions of 47CFR 15.319(f). The device shall automatically discontinue transmission in case of either absence of information to transmit or operational failure. These provisions are not intended to preclude transmission of control and signaling information or use of repetitive codes used by certain digital technologies to complete frame or burst intervals. This document serves as the RF exposure exhibit in the FCC Form 731 application in lieu of a SAR report and has been reviewed and accepted by the FCC prior to submittal to the TCB. Operational Description: The TL7710 is a DECT 6.0 cordless Headset. It operates at frequency range of 1921.536MHz to 1928.448MHz with 5 channels. The Headset is powered by a “Lithium-Polymer” rechargeable battery pack. Each Headset (TL7710) must be registered to its Headset Base unit (DECT 6.0 cordless telephone system) before use. By simply pressing the central button, the user can pick up the call during phone ringing and to end the call during a call. The headset can adjust its earpiece volume and ringer volume. RF Exposure Conditions: The Headset is intended for use in the portable exposure condition and the General Population / Uncontrolled RF exposure environment. The length of time for each single slot is roughly the same as 420μs and the 24 total slots is 10ms as a transmission period.
