Wireless Chime User Manual Thank you for purchasing our products. Please review this manual thoroughly before operating your device. All pictures in this manual are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary. Do not use with extension cords, power strips, or in locations where it may be exposed to water or excessive moisture. It features multiple adjustable volume levels, including a snooze option, to suit different environments and preferences. The chime supports a variety of tone options and provides visual LED alerts for added accessibility. Its plug-and-play setup makes installation effortless, and the device can be easily configured through the myQ app. Additionally, multiple chimes can be used throughout the home, ensuring that alerts are heard in any room where coverage is needed. Device Overview Part Description LED Indicator Shows connection, power, and status Reset Button Initiates setup or reset process Speaker Plays chime sounds Mount Type Plug into wall outlet LED Indicator Reset Button Speaker 4 2 Power the device on. 4 Customize the settings. 2 Setup Instructions 1 Scan the QR code on the back of your device to begin pairing the device with the myQ app. If scanning the QR code does not work, open the myQ app and navigate to Menu > Device Management > Add New Device > Accessory > Chime Plug the Chime into a wall outlet. The LED will blink blue, indicating it is ready to pair. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and pairing with desired devices. Select your preferred tone, volume, and LED behavior. 3 Finish set up. 5 3 Using Your Chime Once paired and configured: ♦ The chime will emit a tone and/or flash its LED light based on the configuration in your myQ app. ♦ You can add multiple chimes to cover different rooms or zones in your home. ♦ The chime can be silenced temporarily using the Snooze setting in the app. 4 LED Indicator Guide What You See What It Means Solid White Device is booting Blinking Blue Ready to pair Solid Blue Bluetooth connected Alternating Blue/Green Connecting to Wi-Fi Blinking Green Connecting to myQ app Solid Green Successfully connected to myQ app Blinking Magenta Firmware update in progress Pulsing Blue Chime active/tone playing when enabled Solid Red Factory reset No Light Powered off or LED disabled in myQ app 5 Troubleshooting If your myQ Chime does not work as expected, follow the troubleshooting steps below. Reset Wi-Fi If your myQ Chime cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, you may need to update your Wi-Fi settings. To reset the Wi-Fi password on your myQ Chime, press and hold the button on the side until you see a solid blue LED light, then release the button to enter Setup mode. The myQ app will then ask for your Wi-Fi credentials. Factory Reset A factory reset can be useful if you are planning to give your myQ Chime to someone else. Factory reset will wipe all the settings from memory and return it to a completely blank state. To factory reset your myQ Chime, press and hold the reset button until you see a solid red LED light, then release the button to factory reset your device. The device will return to its factory settings. Refer to the setup steps to setup your device. Issue Solution No sound • Make sure the volume is not muted in the myQ app. • Make sure Snooze has not been enabled. 6 Issue Solution LED is not on • Make sure the Chime is plugged all the way into the wall outlet. • Make sure LED status light is enabled in the app. When the product is in Enabled mode the Status LED will always be on, play the doorbell LED, etc. When the product is in Disabled mode the Status LED will only turn on to show connection status, then turn off after a few seconds. It will not play the doorbell LED. Chime does not con- nect to Wi-Fi • The connection may have timed out; try connecting again. • The Wi-Fi signal may be weak in the Chime’s location; move the device closer to your Wi-Fi router and try connecting again. Constant alternating blue/green LED • The Chime has lost the Wi-Fi signal; unplug the device, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
