FCC ID:HTWTFA110A This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. WARNING: Charges or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: ® Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. ® Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. ® Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. ® Consult the dealer or an experienced radio /TV technician for help. WARNING: To minimize or prevent any interference, the computer should be placed away from the any cordless phones, TVs or any other places where intensive electromagnetic wave or field exist. If interference is experienced, moving the computer farther away from the interference-emitted devices will often reduce or eliminate the interference.

The EUT is powered by 3V d.c. (1x3V “CR2032” lithium cell). In normal use, it is attached to the left fork blade by Quick Ties using rubber shims to adjust to the diameter of the fork. The EUT will detect the rate of change of the magnetic flux generated by the magnet clamped on the front wheel spoke and transmit the speed information to the receiver. For electronic filing, the brief circuit description is saved with filename: descri.pdf 1.2Related Submittal(s) Grants This is a single application for certification of a transmitter. INTERTEK TESTING SERVICES FCC ID: HTWTFA110A 3 1.3Test Methodology Radiated emission measurements were performed according to the procedures in ANSI C63.4 (1992). All measurements were performed in Open Area Test Sites. Preliminary scans were performed in the Open Area Test Sites only to determine worst case modes. For each scan, the procedure for maximizing emissions in Appendices D and E were followed. All Radiated tests were performed at an antenna to EUT distance of 3 met…
