Please note that this label and its placement complies with the requirement of FCC Rule 47 CFR 2.925(d) that the label be permanently affixed to the product, and be readily visible to the purchaser at the time of purchase. Further, at the time of purchase, the rear covers are shipped in a separate section or compartment of the radio packaging, and are not attached to the radio. So, the end user needs to physically install the rear cover, and can readily view the FCC ID label. Further, the placement of the label beneath the rear cover is done because space is limited on the exterior of the device. This placement also helps to protect the label from getting obliterated or made unreadable through regular handling and use.
