This includes equipment that: (1) Has been certified as a modular transmitter; or (2) Meets the modular transmitter requirements of § 15.212 of this chapter and could be certified as a modular transmitter. pursuant to section 2.903 resulting the recent adoption of FCC 25-71 (et al., ET Docket No. 21-232, Second Report and Order); or (3) Uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and UAS critical components produced in a foreign country and all communications and video surveillance equipment and services listed in Section 1709(a)(1) of the FY25 National Defense Authorization Act (Pub. L. 118-159). Motorola Mobility LLC certifies that the equipment for which authorization is sought is not “covered” equipment prohibited from receiving an equipment authorization pursuant to section 2.903 of the FCC rules. Motorola Mobility LLC certifies that, as of the date of the filing of the application, the applicant [is not] identified on the Covered List (as a specifically named entity or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) as an entity producing “covered” equipment. Motorola Mobility LLC further certifies that no Cybersecurity or anti-virus software produced or provided by Kaspersky Lab, Inc. or any of its successors and assignees, including equipment with integrated Kaspersky Lab, Inc. (or any of its successors and assignees) cybersecurity or anti-virus software is installed in the equipment being certified. The above-referenced Covered List is published by the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB), pursuant to Section 1.50002 of the Commission’s rules.
