EXHIBIT # 4,5&6 FCC Requirements CRF 47 Part 2.1033,c (4)&(5)&(6) Operating Parameters JXBLMDSXP4-DS3 EXHIBIT 2.1033,c(4)&(5)&(6) Type of Emission, Necessary Bandwidth and Modulation Characteristics for DS3 The DMC XP4 T-Carrier radio is employed to process digital information of various types. Voice, data, television, and many other information types can be encoded and transmitted across this radio system. The emission designator (35MOF7W) was developed by the following process: The necessary bandwidth was developed from the following equation: CFR 47 part 2.202, (b) For DS3 Data rate (including overhead): Bn = 2 DK + B B = R/log(base2) of S B= (49.3Mbits/sec.)/2 = 24.65M Symbols/sec. Where: Bn = Necessary bandwidth in MHz R= Aggregate bit rate in bits/sec = 49.3 Mbits/sec. S= number of transmitter levels = 4 D= deviation in MHz = 5.175 MHz K= 1 for this modulation type Therefore Bn = (2) (5.175E+6) (1) + 24.65E+6 = 35.0 MHz The F7W portion of the designator is derived as follows F = Frequency Modulation [CFR47 part 2.201 (c)] 7 = is the nature of the modulation signal [CFR47 part2.201 (d)] W = is the type of information transmitted [CFR47 part2.201 (e)] The resultant complete emission designator can be stated as 35MOF7W Frequency Range: Three Bands 1.27,500 to 28,350 MHz 2. 29,100 to 29,250 MHz 3. 31,000 to 31,300 MHz Range of operating power: 30 db Refer to Exhibit 2.1033,c(4)&(5)&(6) and Exhibit 2.1033 ,c(9) for technical description of power control and operation.

The requirement for the LMDS application ( CFR 47 part 101.107 ) is +/- .00 1 %. This radio will provide stability of better than +/- .0005 %. The following drawing shows the arrangement of the various frequency determining elements for the XP4 radio. Additionally, the process which the computer controls the setting for the required frequency is also illustrated in this section. Transmitter Frequency Control Circuit

Test Report

Antenna Emissions: The following five plots were selected from the entire range of 0 GHz to 170 GHz. These plots show the second and third harmonic energy below the limits of the analyzer ( less than –50 dbm). All other plots up 170 GHz show no energy above the noise floor of the measurement system.

Fill in calibration table for values as required, with test antenna gain and space loss for worst case with in the band being tested. 4. Set up spectrum analyzer for necessary parameters with offset and specification limits determined by table #1, pass fail read directly from display at -29dbm. 5. Activate DUT and rotate table at a rate not to exceed 2deg per sweep time of spectrum analyzer. 6. Perform test for both the vertical and horizontal polarizations. 7.
