The schematics will be sent directly to you by Lucent Technologies. 2. Lucent Technologies has confirmed their understanding that the schematics will be retained by you in the confidential file. 3. Please correct the Form 731 to indicate a tuning range of 2412.00 – 2462.00 MHz (Channels 1-11). 4. The radiated emissions test data provided in the original report is peak data. 5. I have attached several items; Attachment 2 is channel 1 (2.412 GHz) relative to the lower bandedge (Centered). The highest emission outside the band is 40.58dB down from the fundamental frequency. Attachment 3 is channel 11 (2.462 GHz), showing the highest emission outside the band to be 60.34dB down from the fundamental frequency. 6.
