To the best of my knowledge these tests were performed using measurement procedures consistent with industry or Commission standards and demonstrate that the Satellite Data Unit Type Number 82155A complies with the appropriate standards. Each unit manufactured, imported or marketed, as defined in the Commission’s regulations, will conform to the samples within the variations that can be expected due to quantity production and testing on a statistical basis. I hereby certify that the tests described in this report were performed at my direction and under my supervision, and that the results and test data contained in this report truly and accurately show the performance of the Satellite Data Unit Type Number 82155A. Also page 10 of test report shows 27.78 (dMm) = 3.748 watts, should be 0.599 watts. Please explain this discrepancy. The report had a typo on page 10, and it should have read 35.78 dBm= 3.748 W. A new version of the report, produced by TUV, is attached named Exhibit 6b RO615497-01 Issue 4. The figure of 4.0 W in form 731 was an approximate figure. 2) Does this device have 16 QAM modulation? If yes, submit a waiver request to the FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB). No QAM, only QPSK – see page 7 of same report. 3) The waiver submitted in the letter exhibit must be submitted to the FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB). Upload the waiver once it is approved by the FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB). The artwork shown in Figures 2 and 3 details the main and secondary labels for the current production version. The FCC ID is not an Airbus requirement and so not shown on Figure 3. However, there is an engineering change reference, EC07/58, to get the FCC ID KV6-TFS-SDU82155A added to the secondary label. See Appendix for details of engineering changes. Note that the following statement is included in the User Manual but cannot be found on the label: “This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
