Operational Description

FCC ID: KXS-2315 Circuit Description The 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 107.1, 107.3, 107.5MHz are generated by U1 to drive the base of Q2 the final/buffer amplifier. The modulation provided by the 3.5mm stereo jack J1 input. The output of Q2 has the matching network consisting of L4 and C19, C20 that limit the harmonic content and effect the proper coupling of the antenna to the output stage. Antenna, Ground and Power Source There is no external antenna. There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board. Electric current is supplied by a 12Volt. (Car battery) or a 3Volt (“AAA” size battery x2) primary battery.
