Overview Life Fitness 10W Wireless Charger is a universal wireless charging module that can be easily integrated to the various equipment host embedded board. The equipment installed with the module allow user to simply place their mobile phone on its surface to charge wirelessly. Specification  Product Name: Life Fitness 10W Wireless Charger  Model No: 1011883-0001  Input: 12V/1.5A (powered via host wire cable 1014289-0001 )  Output Power: 10W Max  Operating Frequency: 120KHz ~ 130KHz  Module Dimension: 120mm (L) x 65mm (W) x 10.6mm(H)  Operating Temperature: 0 ºC ~ 40 ºC 3. Installation and Integration Instruction 1. Install the wireless charger with coil facing toward the charging surface of the equipment and secure the wireless charger through the four φ3.5mm mounting hole. 10W Wireless Charger User Manual V1.1 4 2. Plug one end of the power wire cable (P/N: 1014289-0001 ) to the power connector and the other end to the host embedded board. 3. The wireless charger blue LED indicator should come on for 1s when power is supplied to the module. 4. Place a mobile device that is compliant to WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) standard on the wireless charging surface to start charging automatically. 5. When the charger is in normal state and start charging, the blue LED indicator should be constantly on. Precautions  Do not attempt to disassemble or repair this product. It can cause electric shock and damage to the circuit.  The product should be kept in dry and ventilated environment, do not store in an area of high humidity and high temperature.  Do not use the wireless charger in severely hot, humid or corrosive conditions.  Do not place cards equipped with a magnetic strip or chip (such as ATM and credit cards) on the charging surface when charging to avoid possible card reading failures.  This wireless charger is specifically designed for Life Fitness equipment integration used, so use this module as it original purpose only. 5. Regulatory Compliance Notices FCC Compliance Statement This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is Subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Caution: Changes or modifications not explicitly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. Note: this equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. 10W Wireless Charger User Manual V1.1 6 These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and candidate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try  Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.  Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.  Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.  Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. During the operation of device a distance of 15 cm surrounding the device and 20 cm above the top surface of the device must be respected.
