Patterson, under penalty of perjury, state that I made tests on the subject equipment, which demonstrated compliance with FCC Rules §22 and §15 for a Cellular Base Station Transceiver with a power range of 1 ~ 25 Watts (0 ~ 44 dBm). The applicant is Harris Canada, Inc. To the best of my knowledge, the tests were made using standard acceptable procedures and properly calibrated equipment. Radio & Tv Engineering Co., Inc. made these tests at its laboratory in Los Osos, California 93402. Each unit manufactured will continue to comply with FCC rules §22 and §15 for a Cellular Base Station Transceiver as tested within the variations of quality production and testing on a statistical basis.
