Comments on the application and test report: No form 731 was uploaded with this application. And since the FCC website is still down (11:30EST Sunday) I am unable to even verify the Grantee Code M5Q. Please supply 731 ASAP. Done 1.) This equipment appears to be two parts. Do both parts operate together as a system, or would it be best to market the headphone separately from the base? If the headphone can transmit as well as base (full duplex) then what frequencies does it utilize? The Product Description does nothing to tell me what I am looking at (other than I have three channels). Both parts operate together. 2) Photos should be separated into four separate files for clarity: Headphone internal, headphone external, desktop internal, and desktop external. Done 3.) Is this item designed to be plugged into a personal computer sound card? If so, is there a DofC on this product as a computer peripheral? No. It’s not intended for a personal computer. 4.) In the future for very small items such as this, moving the power supply under the tables and away from the EUTs would be a more appropriate test setup. Also, the headphone should have been powered by fully charged batteries per ANSI C63.4. no answer needed 5.) Schematics are labeled Confidential. Are there any items Telran is or should be requesting confidentiality? Done 6.) Block Diagrams are not broken separately for this application. Please fix Done 7.) Users manual appears to be simply a bunch of miscellaneous documents. Is there a real manual available? Even Draft or Text form would be acceptable. Done Bill
