Please check our reply below: Question #1: Since Innovative Wireless Products is an U.S. corporation, the Federal Tax ID is required to apply for FCC Registration Number ( FRN). Please provide such information. ANS.: For Innovative Wireless Products is still no reply to my client (the manufacturer), my client request to hold this application for few days. If Innovative Wireless Products can not provide their TIN number within this week, then my client will apply this application as their own name and ID.( Aero Communication Co.) Question #2: This base station is equipped with external phone jack and volume control. In accordance with ANSI C63.4 section 13.1.1.1 applied modulation, a external audio souce shall be used to supply the max. audio signal to the device during the tests. As indicated in the test setup photos as well as test report, there is no indication that such device was used. Please provide additional test data to comply this requirement. ANS.: Attached please find the test data when a 1 kHz @85% modulation was applied. If you need any further information, please let me know. Regards, K. C.
