Please retain this instruction Manual for future reference. Battery Pack Installation Battery Installation Features and Functions Antenna Placement Transmitter IMPORTANT! The included 9.6V battery pack is NOT charged prior to shipment and must be charged at least 8 hours before the first use. Charging the Battery Return battery compartment cover to the closed and locked position after batteries have been properly installed. BAND CHOOSING: In order to minimize the change of interference while playing the watercraft, our product provides 3 bands (A, B, C) for playing. Select one of the bands in the transmitter. When more than one child is playing with the same watercraft, please select different bands (A, B or C) to prevent interference of each other. WARNING: Since the wave may enlarge the distance between the watercraft and child, please do not exceed suggested distance.(Around 40~50m, the distance will be effected by the obstacle around the WAVE CHASER. Also, if other user plays, radio control items eith 27 MHz, the reception dostance will be effected too.) 1. Plug the Charger into a standard 220/110V indoor electrical outlet. 2. Insert the 9.6V rechargeable battery pack securely into the charger (as shown above). Be sure the arrows are properly matched. 3. Charge for a minimum of 8 hours on the initial two charges. Subsequent charges require only 2 hours. 4. Charge will last approximately 16 minutes depending on water surface and driving style. 5. This power unit is intended to be correctly orientated in a vertical or floor mount position. WARNING: • May explode if disposed of in fire. • In case of danger do not make it short-circuit, dismantle or place it under high temperature. • To prevent injury or burns, do not allow metal objects to cotact battery terminals. • Only at room temperature and supporting the use of specific products. IMPORTANT: • It is normal for the battery pack to become warm after charging and/or use. • Be sure to allow the battery pack to cool before using or recharging. • Recharging a warm battery pack will greatly reduce the battery life.
