Operational Description

EXHIBIT #9 VAN KOEVERING COMPANY VIP-1300 Operational Narrative The Van Koevering Interactive Piano combines traditional piano cabinetry with the latest computer technology to provide an exciting platform for musical performance, education and fun. Our quality cabinets have been designed to incorporate the following features: • 88 key – weighted hammer action piano keyboard • 10.4” LCD color touchscreen (integrated into the music rack) • 100 watt per channel amplified speaker system (6 or 8 speakers) • DVD Rom drive • 3.5” floppy drive • 56K modem • Printer / Mouse / PC Keyboard / MIDI Ports • Headphone / Microphone / Audio In-Out Jacks All of these items are managed by our integrated custom PC, which is based on the Pentium II-Celeron processor. Our CPU contains a motherboard, power supply, hard drive, and a series of off-the-shelf and custom circuit boards for processing video, audio, and other functions. To remove the look, feel, and complexity of a normal PC, we’ve created our own user interface called the IMT Player Shell, which runs on an embedded Windows 98 operating system. The IMT interface gives the user access to a wide range of features: • Change the “voice” of the piano to any of 128 different instruments • Audio CD and MIDI file player • Integrated 6 track recording studio • Programs section for loading and running a wide range of educational and entertainment software titles
