My education and experience are a matter of record with the Federal Communications Commission. TUV Product Service Corporation has been authorized by Rescue Technology, Inc., 2400 Central Ave, Ste B-1, Boulder, Colorado 80301, to make FCC Part 15 Certification measurements on the 457 kHz Avalanche Rescue Transceiver. These tests were made by me or under my supervision at our Pinewood Springs Laboratory which is registered with the FCC under Paragraph 15 of the FCC Rules. Test data required by the FCC for FCC Part 15 Certification is included in this report.
