TweezEpil is an electric tweezer especially designed for painless andlong-lasting removal of hair from the root (Picture A).The hair’s root is destroyed by the transmission of radio waves throughthe hair to the root, dissolving it by electrolysis. After about 30 secondsthe hair can be easily removed. The tweezer can remove hairs from allparts of the body. TweezEpil is battery operated, uses four AA alkalinebatteries and does not need any electric outlet. Its strength selectormonitors the intensity of the radio waves. The tweezer’s locking devicerelieves you from keeping the operating button pressed throughout eachhair treatment (Picture B). After 30 seconds a buzzing tone will be heard.A gentle pull will then remove the hair painlessly. Please read the following instructions carefully.Safety Instructions• Use the device only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the user instructions. Any damage caused by disregarding theseinstructions shall be at the user’s sole responsibility. • DO NOT use the tweezer to remove hair from nostrils, ears or eyelashes. • DO NOT use the device in the bath or shower.• Pregnant women, patients after heart transplants or with pacers, and patients under medical supervision should consult their physicianbefore using the device. • If the device becomes damaged, take it to one of the service stations. E NGLISH User Instructions• Remove the battery compartment’s cover, at the bottom of the kit, by pressing the opening button (picture E). • Insert four AA alkaline batteries according to the markings. If you insert the batteries in the wrong position the tweezer will not work. • Switch the device on using the operating switch, which also serves as the tweezer’s strength selector. The tweezer is immediately readyfor use. To remove delicate hairs, switch the selector to low strength. To remove thick hairs, select the high strength. • Stretch the skin and grab one hair with the tweezer (picture B). Pressing the operating switch will lock the tweezer on the hair and activate thetimer. After 30 seconds a buzzing tone will sound. A gentle shake inthe direction of the hair’s growth will remove it easily and painlessly.(pictures C, D) • It is recommended to use the tweezer first on leg or arm hair, where it is easier to operate and see the results of the treatment. Afteracquiring basic experience you can move to more sensitive areas. • For best results the hairs should be 3-5 mm. long.• The skin should be dry, clean and free of make-up or cream.
