Form 731 1) Item 10 gives the Equipment Code as DXX. This is for a transmitter. The correct code is HID, for TV Interface Device. Please correct. (Revised, please see attached Form731.pdf) 2) Item 10 shows the applicable Rule Part as 15C. The correct Rule Part for a TV Interface Device is 15B, not 15C. Please correct. (Revised) B. Test Report 1) Test report should reference the most recent edition of CFR 47 Part 15, w hich is 10-1-2000. Please update this on the report cover page and elsewhere where it occurs. (Revised, please see attached report1.pdf) 2) System Justification sections 2.1 and 2.5 says the EUT was "operated standalone." The config photos show it was connected to a TV receiver and video game. Please change the justifications accordingly. (Revised) 3) System Justification sections 2.1 and 2.5 does not describe the signal source compliance with ANSI C63.4-1992 section 12.2.1. Please review the ANSI section and address this point. (Added) 4) System Justification section 2.1 should describe the actual frequency range of radiated emissions observed. Please add. (Added) 5) Special accessories section 2.3 does not indicate that the unit was tested with TV receiver input cables to be supplied by the applicant. Section 15.115(c) requires TV Interface Devices which are NOT used with a master antenna to be supplied with cables to the TV receiver by the applicant. Please address this point. (Added) 6) Special test procedures for TV Interface Devices in ANSI C63.4-1992 section 12.2 are not described or referenced. Please address this point. (Added in section 8.2 of the test report) 7) The radiated emissions data tables have conflicting footnotes (1) and (4). Please attach footnote (1) into the correct entries in the data table. (Footnote 1 and 4 Revised) 8) Output voltage tables 3 - 5 show limits which are higher than Rule 15.115(b)(2)(ii) specifies. This rule sets the limit at 95 microvolts for frequencies which are either lower than 4.6 MHz below the video carrier or higher than 7.4 MHz above the video carrier frequency. The limits for all but the top entry in each table should be changed accordingly. The measurements continue to comply with these lower limits. (Tables 3-6 Revised) 9) The voltage at the receiving antenna input terminals per 15.115(c)(1)(ii) is not indicated. If this was measured, please indicate. If not measured, please justify. (Added Section 3.5 in the test report) 10) If a transfer switch is required for this device, measurements of transfer switch isolation must be provided. If a transfer switch is NOT required, the label must provide the wording specified in 15.115(c)(5). I cannot find either the transfer switch measurements or the 15.115(c)(5) label wording. Operational Description

FCC ID: P23HHMC-6004F2501 Operation Description: The equipment under test (EUT) is RF Adapter for TV Interface Device operate at 60.417 MHz and 66.545 MHz which is controlled by a L.C. Oscillator. The EUT is powered by Game Station. There are a channel switch, one RF output port, 3 signal input port of N64, Play Station and Dream Cast. Connect one of the signal input port to the game station, connect the RF output port to the TV RF input, and select the channel on the TV to obtain the game picture and sound from the Game Station. Circuit Description: The brief circuit description is listed as follows: - Q1, C1, C2, T1, T2 and the associated circuit act as LC Oscillator. - Q2 and associated circuit act as Mixer. - Q3, T3 and associated circuit act as Pre-amplifier. Antenna Used: A RF TV antenna socket has been used.
