Please provide a circuit schematic of the mini-PCI card transmitter used in this filing. 3.) Page 16 of the Manual (pp 19 in *.pdf version) seems to indicate that the end user is able to set the country region where this device can operate. This is not permitted under the Rules – end users cannot under any circumstances have access to any features that will allow this device to transmit on non-US frequencies. Please address. 4.)
