Instructions 1> Power must be cut off when installing or replacing the lamp. 2> Never use with a dimmer and do not use the lamp in constant on/off circumstance. 3> Over voltage will effect the life time of the lamp. 4> It is not good to use the lamp in bad ventilation circumstance, The fixture of the lamp can not be too close to the bulb and the fitting can not be scaled. 5> Please check the contact between the cap and the lamp holder and the voltage of the power when tube appeared to be flicker or blanking. If no problem found then replace with a new lamp. 6> Please only hold the lamp at the plastic part to install/uninstall the lamp to make sure the safety of person and to invoid crumbing the lamp.
