FCC Product Labeling And Warning Statement FCC ID Label Specifications : Text is black in color and is left justified. Labels are printed in indelible ink on permanent adhesive backing and shall be affixed at a conspicuous location on the EUT. Proposed Label Location on EUT Bottom Side of EUT – FCC ID Location FCC Warning Statement The FCC labels should contain FCC statement in FCC 15.19 paragraph (3). If the EUT is too small, the statement could contain in the product manual. A sample of the statement is presented hereinafter as reference. “ This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. ”

The working theorem of the transmitter: Press the “AN” button, setting a triggering signal of rising edge effective for the first mono-stable circuit for 6 seconds (composed of U1A, U1B, R4, C4. U1F is designed to protect the circuit against misaction). Then U1 (4069) output high level for 6 seconds from the four pins of U1 at once (During output, any triggering is rejected). The high level for 6 seconds is the triggering signal of rising edge effective for the second mono-stable circuit for 0.8 second (composed of U1C, U1F, R2, C1). After it is triggered, output high level for 0.8s at once (During output, any triggering is rejected). The high level for 0.8 second is converted into low level through U1E to trigger code OSC-transmit circuit, then complete transmitting job. (U2-SL5262 is code IC, for coding Q1-9018.WL.C6, C7, C8 compose into OSC-transmit circuit, affected by SL5262, If SL5262 operate, OSC-transmit circuit function; If not, OSC-transmit circuit don’t function).
