The Manual quotes frequency bands of 35, 36, 40 and 41 MHz in addition to 72 MHz. Only those frequencies listed in 95.623 are valid. Please explain. 2.) Is the only operating frequency this device will use 72.47MHz? Or should the entire band of those frequencies quoted in 95.623 be listed? If so, please supply corrected Form 731. 3.) Manual indicates RF Pout of 350mW but test data supplied shows only 40.47mW. Requested power on 731 is 40Mw. Note the max listed in 95.639. Please review. 4.) Radiated Pout is shown using a conversion from field strength to EIRP. Please note power in this band is typically quoted as Conducted. Please confirm your request for 40mW EIRP using the substitution method. 5.) Please provide emission designator and justification as required by Part 2 of the Rules for all transmitters operating in the Licensed services. 6.) A parts list and tune up procedure is required for any Licensed service. Please supply. Modify the Confidentiality request as necessary. 7.) There appears to be multiple schematics for the transmitter β I am guessing one for each band. Please provide only those schematics as required for this operating frequency.
