Exhibits Question # 1: 2.1033(c)(3) Instruction manuals c) All instruction manuals shall have a RF exposure warning: Answ er: 1) RAU2 must be fix-mounted on permanent outdoor structures to provide 20 cm or more separation from all persons during device operation to comply with FCC and other regulatory RF Exposure requirements. 2) RAU16 must be fix-mounted on permanent outdoor structures to provide 0.5 m or more separation from all persons during device operation to comply with FCC and other regulatory RF Exposure requirements. 3) Base station antenna must be fix-mounted on permanent outdoor structures to provide 0.5 m or more separation from all persons during device operation to comply w ith FCC and other regulatory RF Exposure requirements. Question # 2: 2.1033(c)(6) Operating power and means for variation The test report show s the maximum output pow er, but it can be varied by the NMS console. Please let me know for each model w hat the low est power setting is, as a % of the maximum (for example, dow n to 5%-10% of maximum). Answer: 1) Rau2 maximum power level: +22dBm, Minimum power level β40dBm 2) Rau16 maximum power level: +30dBm, Minimum pow er level β40dBm Adicom Wireless, Inc. ! Page 2 3) Base station antenna BRFM set at maximum pow er level +30dBm Question # 3: 2.1033 (c) (9) Tune-up procedure Can not find information anyw here; please let me know w here to find, or provide it. Answer: Pow er level tune up procedure All pow er levels are calibrated automatically during production. The calibration levels are stored in the EEPROM devices. Whenever setting a power level, the microprocessor w ill use the calibration levels from the EEPROM. Frequency deviation and limiting Frequency is permanently set by hardware components. These components are documented in BOM system as βfrequency kitsβ. Question #4 2.1033 (c)(11) ID label b) Each manual should carry the Part 15 compliance statement. Please provide corrected label statement. Answer: The follow ing statement w ill be placed in the appropriate product installation manuals: Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply w ith the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference w hen the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance w ith the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
