I assume this request is pursuant to Section 2.1033(a)(4), which states a brief description of the circuit functions of the device along with a statement describes how the device operates. The subject device is a 900 MHz 2-channel baby monitor transmitter, which is designed to transit on 905.370 and 905.905 MHz frequencies. This device employs FM transmission with frequency shift keying continuous modulation and has a permanently attached antenna located within its enclosure handle. The user selectable channel switch enable the user to select one-of-two channels by connecting either crystal oscillator 28.279 MHz or 28.313 MHz to FM Modulation MC13176, which then determines exact operating frequency. The associated portable receiver will be authorized under DoC. Refer to past submitted block and schematic diagrams for further details. I trust this answers your request for Operational Description.
