Please find below for our explanation: Question #1: Section 4.5 of test report indicated this device is activated manually. By looking at this device, this description does not comply with the description in the user manual. Please provide technical information in the operational description to justify that this device complies with 15.231(a)(1)(2)(3) or (4) requirements. ANS. Sorry for our omission. This extender is exclusive for Nuson's specific safety sensor, if the identical code is not corrcet, then this extender will be not working. And for the repeating and extending purpose, it will only repeat and transmit correct signals received for less than 1 second. Question #2: In accordance with 15.204 External Radio Frequency Power Amplifier requirement, no external power amplifier can be used with Part 15 intentional radiator. Please provide technical information to justify that this device does not subject to requirement. ANS.: This extender is not a external amplifier, because there is no any input terminal for such operation. This extender is only for specific remote sensor use, so not any signal will be repeated and transmitted by this extender.
