Just turn your vehicle ON. Then push either transmitter button and you will be able to run and control your vehicle. II. BATTERY INSTALLATION For more info on rechargeable battery charging and safety, you’ll want to check out Section IV, “Battery Charging/Care.” Boat 1. Rotate the battery latches to open position. Lift up the seat to open the battery door. 2. Insert the battery pack into the battery compartment as shown. 3. Plug the wire connector into the battery compartment as shown. 4. Close the battery door. Rotate the battery latches to the locked position. 5. To remove the battery pack: turn the latches, open the battery door, unplug the wire connector and lift out the battery pack. Ä The battery door is designed to be removable so don’t worry if it comes off the hinges. Just stick it back on. Transmitter 1. Open the battery door as shown. 2. Install two “AA” batteries inside the battery compartment as shown. 3. Close the battery door. 9.6V d.c. NiCd, 1 x 8 AA, 700 mAh 2AA IV. BATTERY CHARGING/CARE XCAUTION:Use only the charger supplied with this toy. Do not use any other charging source. Use only Tyco® R/C 9.6V NiCd battery packs. Other batteries may leak or rupture, causing personal injury and damage. BATTERY CHARGING/CARE 1. Plug the wall pack charger into a standard wall outlet. 2. Connect the wires leading from the battery pack to the wall pack charger connector. Make certain the two connectors are tightly snapped together. 3. To disconnect the wires, push down on the connector clip and pull apart. 4. After charging, the battery will feel warm. Have no fear, that’s normal for fully charged batteries. 5. New battery packs must be charged for 5 1/2 hours the first two times. After that you’re looking at 4 hours per charge. Charging the battery pack for more than 4 hours won’t extend your running time but if it makes you happy, charge away. 6. Unlike alkaline batteries, which lose power gradual- ly, a NiCd (Nickel-Cadmium) battery will operate for its normal running time and then lose most of its power at once. When that starts to happen, recharge the battery pack. 7. Okay, you’re loving this toy and you want to slam that spent battery back into the charger for more splash action. Bad move. Here’s why: Recharging a warm or hot battery pack will greatly reduce the number of times your battery pack can be recharged. 8. Less run time means less fun time and we don’t want that do we? Ä General rule of thumb: Wait at least 20 minutes until the battery pack cools before recharging. 1. 2. 3. 1. 2. RECHARGEABLE BATTERY INFORMATION:  DO NOT RECHARGE BATTERY PACK IF IT’S HOT. ALLOW IT TO COOL BEFORE RECHARGING.  DO NOT RECHARGE A BATTERY PACK THAT SHOWS LEAKAGE OR CORROSION.  DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE BATTERY PACK. THE BATTERY PACK IS A SEALED RECHARGEABLE NICKEL-CADMIUM BATTERY PACK.  EXERCISE CAUTION IN HANDLING A HOT BATTERY PACK.  IF BATTERY PACK AND/OR CHARGER ARE WET, THOROUGHLY DRY BEFORE CHARGING.  DO NOT RECHARGE NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES.  REMOVE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES BEFORE RECHARGING. Note to Adults: It’s probably a good idea to recharge the battery pack yourself to make sure everything’s done correctly. Who wants to wait four hours only to discover the battery’s been put into the charger backwards? Recharge batteries only under adult supervision. Kids will inevitably ram, slam and kablam the toy during usage. Always check for damage to the plug, housing, or other parts that may result in the risk of fire, electric shock or injury. If the product is damaged, do not use it. This transformer is not a toy. M THIS PRODUCT USES A NICKEL-CADMIUM RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK. THE BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED OF PROPER- LY. When your boat starts to lose power, you’ll start to lose performance. It's time for a recharge. As a rule, you should always start with a fully-charged battery. 2. Are you the full-throttle sort or a more a steady as you go type? Your boat's running time may change depending on your driving style. 3. Radio interference can mess up the signals you’re sending to the boat, causing it to perform erratically. Things to look for that may be causing the interfer- ence: other R/C boats running on the same frequency, electrical wires, large buildings, CB radios, UFOs (kid- ding) or other wireless gear that can cause interfer- ence. 4. DiamondBack Airboat’RX Function Description Product No: H2552 Product name: SWAMP BLASTER TM Airboat Customer: Mattel Ver: US The DiamondBack Airboat requires 9.6v batteries for full function operating Left / Right steering Forward / Back. It is composed of the following parts. 1.Voltage Regulator. Comprise a NPN transistor Q2, zener diode D1, ON / OFF switch and its associated components. 2.RF receiver. Comprise a transistor Q1, coil L2 and its associated components. 3.RF receiver Amplifier. Use SPRC206A’s (U1) two inverter amplifiers, the two inverters’ gain depend on the external resistor and capacitor. 4.Decoder. Comprise SPR206A and its associated components, the SPR206A decodes the serial bit- stream data and interprets the information as output data to control the motor driver 1 and driver 2. 5.Driver 1. Forward / Back motor driver, comprise transistor Q9, Q12, relay RL1, RL2 and its associated components. 6.Driver 2. Left / Right motor driver, comprise transistor Q3, Q8 and its associated components. 7.Protection. Comprise Q13 and its associated components, turn off the motor driver circuit when the batteries’ voltage lower than 6V.

When it received Forward, Backward, Turn Left & Turn Right radio signal, it will moving to difference direction.
