Operational Description

L0506 Receiver Circuit Function Description The L0506 Rollergirl toy receiver requires 4PCS AA battery for its power. It can run forward ,backward, split and spin 1. Voltage Regulator: Contains POWER SWITCH, Q1 ,D2 and its associated components. 2. RF Amplifier: Formed by a NPN transistor Q2 and its associated components, it amplifies the AM signal then feed it into the AM receiver module. 3. RF Receiver & Decoder: Contains U1(SPRC206A-C) and its associated components. The U1 receives and decodes the serial bit-stream data and amplifies the signal. The decoded single input U2. 4. Control IC Contains U2 (EST005) and its associated components. U2 receives the control information from U1 or protective circuit. Then the internal controller sends out different signals to driver motor . 5. Protector Circuit: Formed by compactor U2 (LM339) and its associated circuit which inspects the low voltage of 4PCS AA battery and the high current. 6. Diver Circuit: 6.1 Driver 1: right foot Motor driver comprise transistor Q9, Q10, Q14, Q15, and its associated components. 6.2 Driver 2: left foot Motor comprise Q5, Q6, Q20,Q21 and its associated components.

It is operating at 49.860MHz which is controlled by a LRC circuit. The EUT is powered by 4 x 1.5V ‘AA’ size batteries. When received forward, backward, turn left, turn right signal, it will run to corresponding direction. The brief circuit description is listed as follows: - Q2 and associated circuit act as RF receiver. - U1, U3 and associated circuit act as decoder. - U2 and associated circuit act as low battery control. - Q9, Q10, Q14, Q15 and associated circuit act as M2 motor control. - Q5, Q6, Q20, Q21and associated circuit act as M1 motor control.
