This device is in compliance with Part 15, Subparts B and C and in accordance with Section 15.229 of the FCC Rules. The subject device is a 9-Volt battery operated one-channel walkie-talkie that will transit within 40.675~40.685 MHz frequency band. This device employs FM transmission with FSK modulation and its antenna is permanently attached by internal screw. This device’s associated monolithic superheterodyne receiver will be authorized under DoC. This EUT was tested in accordance with ANSI C63.4-1992 to show compliance with FCC Parts 15B and 15C limits. Note, during the Part 15C radiated emission measurements, the spectrum analyzer's IF bandwidth was set at 120 KHz and the video bandwidth was set at 1GHz. The resultant test results were not fine-tuned to show exact carrier frequency was within 40.675~40.685 MHz and instead, indicated carrier frequency was roughly 41.840. Please advise if test facility should provide additional fine-tuned test data to show exact carrier frequency and its exact harmonics.
