General Description Product Description The equipment under test (EUT) is a transmitter for a Radio Control Locomotive and Local Car operating at 27.145 MHz which is controlled by a crystal. The EUT is powered by a 9V battery. There are three buttons. The top button is a sound button. The center button controls the Locomotive running forward and produces smoke. The bottom button controls for forward and reverse motion. The brief circuit description is listed as follows : -X1 and associated circuit act as Oscillator. -Q3 and associated circuit act as RF Amplifier. -U1 and associated circuit act as Control Unit.
