EUT is capable of operating between 2416 - 2464MHz. In accordance to Section 15.31(m) of FCC rules, Frequency opeates over the 10 MHz in range, three fundemental frequencies ( Top, Mid and Bottom ) needs to be investigated. In the test report, only one fundemental frequency was investigated ( 2414.63MHz ) but which is outside the product specification. Please explain why 2414.63MHz was used and provide additional test data per 15.31(m) requirements. Question #2: Since this device can be used as hand-held device, in accordance to ANSI C63.4 section 13.1.4.1, three orthogonal axes test configuration needs to be investigated. There is no description in the test report to indicate this procedure has been followed during the preliminary tests. Please explain. Question #3: Please provide functional block diagram and make sure the local osc. Values are indicated on the block.
