Mario de Aranzeta Timco Engineering Inc. 849 NW SR 45 Newberry FL 32669 To: Andy Leimer [email protected] FCC Application Processing Branch Re: FCC ID PS2VMR2001A Applicant: Link Tech Communication Limited Correspondence Reference Number: 22004 731 Confirmation Number: EA666353 1) Upload an MPE exhibit. Include the maximum antenna gain allowed to be used with this device. Iโm under the impression that this transceiver is exempt environmental evaluation. Please see CFR 47 part 1.1307 Table 1 which shows that under part 80 โship earth stations onlyโ require routine environmental evaluation. Iโve also checked part 2.1091 (c) and find the same exclusion. 2) Upload the page of the User's manual that includes the RF exposure information. Iโve uploaded this per your request. 3) Channel 2, 4, 60, and 62 transmissions are not permitted in the US. How are these channels locked out? Channel 2, 4, 60, and 62 are locked by a software program. Andy nice to get a chance to talk to you the other evening. Thanks for the information o n interpreting the section on environmental evaluation. Sincerely, Mario de Aranzeta Engineer
