FCC ID:PWWUI502, AN01T1518 Notice_content ------------- Question #6: As indicated from the operational description. The base station and ear mic are transceiver with different fundamental frequencies. The base unit is operating with 902-903 MHz and the ear mic unit is operating with 926- 927 MHz. Per 15.214 of FCC rules, only cordless telephone can be certified under single FCC ID. The base station and ear mic submitted must be assigned two FCC ID numbers. One for the base station and the other one for ear mic. Please inform the FCC ID number assignment for base station and ear mic and provide revised FCC ID label format and location for each device. Question #7 : Base station and ear mic are not digital device under the definition of FCC rules. Both devices are intentional transceiver. Under FCC Part 15 subpart C, there is no so called " Class B " limits. Class B or Class A limits are only applicable for Digital device ( such Personal computer or peripherals ). In the last page of user manual, information to user is not applicale to these two devices. In addition, there is no shielded interface cable requirements for these two devices as well. For your information, for all FCC Part 15 subpart C intentional radiator devices, there are statements have to include in the user manual or on the FCC ID label : they are section 15.21 and 15.19(a)(3) of FCC rules. Please provide revised user manual to comply this requirements. Question #8: Please proivde spectrum plots from 1GHz to 10GHz to show spurious and harmonics emission compliance. Please take a look section 2.1033 (a)(4) for the explaination of Operational Description. Please provide Operational Description to comply this requirement. Question #2: Through out the test report, 15.239 technical standards are referenced. This device is operating under 15.249 requirement. Please make necessary changes and submit revised test report. Question #3: Both Base unit and ear mic unit are considered as hand-held portable device. In accordance to ANSI C63.4 section 13.1.4.1, with hand-held or body worn device, EUT shall be investigated by rotating through three orthogonal axes. In the test report as well as the setup photos, there are no such indications that this procedure has been followed. Please provide additional test data for comply this requirements. Question #4: ANSI C63.4 section 13.1.1.1 Applied Modulation. When the devive is equipped with input connectors for external modulation ( the input connection that connects to the cellular phone ), typical modulating signals shal be applied at the maximum rated input level for the device when modulation is required in an individual test. This type of test requirement has been mentioned by FCC several times in the past. Please use a external audio source to set the audio signle at the maximum at base station connector and redo the carrier frequencies tests. Question #5 : Please provide spectrum plots to demonstrate out of band emissions except harmonics must be 50dB down of harmonics or to the limits of 15.209 whichever is lesser attenuation.
