Please find my explanation below: 1. Attahced please find the corrected ID label. 2. Attached please find the corrected page for operational frequency range. 3. Sure, if the intentional radiator operating under 15.209 (general provision), then the unwanted emissions shall not exceed the fundamental level. But this device is operating under 15.239, should it be confined with above requirement? And, the operation frequency range of this device is more than 10 MHz, it is difficult to implement having same output level in whole operational band. I knew what FCC concerned is the possibility of attempting to reduce the fundanmental to get the grant. I believed this device is certainly not in accordance to the test result.
