Marianne Bosley To:[email protected] Subject:Two new applications Ngai Keung and C.Art Limited Hi Alice, I have reviewed all and below are the issues: 1. Ngai Keung - a small one - there is a typo in the 15.19 statement on the label. Could you correct and send back? I have already forwarded info for technical review, so this isn't being held up for this. But we want to correct it so that the FCC does not make an issue of it. 2. C.Art Limited - The label that you sent for this one is incorrect (it states someone else ID). Therefore along with correcting this, please confirm that the lcoation exhibit that you sent is the correct one. Those are attached. Thanks. Regards, Marianne label.PDFlocation.PDF Marianne T. FCC ID: QCW201866 Circuit Description The 307MHz LCR oscillator drives the base of Q4 the final/buffer amplifier. The modulation provided by IC (SM5212E). The output of Q4 has the matching network consisting of L2 and C3 that limit the harmonic content and effect the proper coupling of the antenna to the output stage. Antenna, Ground and Power Source There is no external antenna. There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board. Electric current is supplied by a 9 Volt (ā6F22ā size battery x 1) primary battery

Measurements in both horizontal and vertical polarities were performed. During the test, each emission was maximized by: having the EUT continuously working, investigate all operating modes, rotated about all 3 axis (X, Y & Z) to obtain worst position, manipulating interconnecting cables, rotating turntable, varying antenna height from 1m to 4m in both horizontal and vertical polarization. The emissions worst-case are shown in Test Results of the following pages. *:OATS [Open Area Test Site] located at HKSTC with a metal ground plane on filed with the FCC pursuant to section 2.948 of the FCC rules, with Registration Number: 90657. Marianne Bosley To:[email protected] Subject:C.Art Limited metrak #12398 Hi Alice, Technical review of the this and the application for Ngai has been completed. Ngai is fine and that grant should be forthcoming tomorrow. The RT for C. Art Limited is below, and as soon as you answer this, this too can be granted. 1. Page 20 of 22, Appendix C of the Test Report states that the EUT is a 2 button device. This is not the case- it is automatically activated by an IR Sensor. Please correct, and verify compliance with the 5 second limit for transmission of Section 15.231(a)(2). Marianne T. Bosley EMC Administrator 410-354-3300 X 412 [email protected]
