TALK THRU SKELTOR DOOR GREETER 17864 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION OF BATTERIES RECEIVER *Unscrew the battery cover *Insert 6 UM3 AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries with positive (+) and negative (-) ends placing in a proper direction as indicated (batteries are not included). *Close the cover. TRANSMITTER *Unscrew the battery cover *Insert one DC9V (6F22) battery *Close the cover. SAFTTY BATTERY USAGE *Use alkaline batteries for best performance. *Do not use rechargeable batteries *Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. *Different types of batteries, new and used batteries are not to be mixed. *Only batteries of same equivalent type as recommended are to be used. *Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. *Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the unit. *The supply terminals are not to be short – circuited. *Do not dispose of batteries in fire; batteries may explode or leak. *Batteries should be replaced by adult. CARING FOR YOUR DEVICES *Your devices have been fully adjusted prior to shipment from the factory. Be sure not to touch the internal components other than replacing batteries. *After use the devices, always press the button to “OFF” position to avoid possibility of battery leakage. *Keep the sets in dry and clean place. QUICK START RECEIVER *Push ON / OFF button to turn on the Receiver *The skeltor’s eyes will shine, turn to red colour, and lower jar will move and release voice sound when received signal from transmitter TRANSMITTER *Push ON / OFF button to turn on the Transmitter *Talk directly at the MIC and located at the transmitter’s bottom *Change voice sound by pushing button. Four (4) different sound voices are available for selection. HELPFUL HINTS When the receiver fails to respond to the signal from the transmitter or release noise distortion, it may due to interference caused by other radio signals, mobile signals or computer. Try moving to different location outside the range of the interference and resume to play. If the problem persists, it is time to change the batteries. *IN MOST CASES, UNIT MALFUCNTION OCCUR BECAUSE OF WEAK BATTERIES.
