Users Manual

MOTOR WORKS MINI RADIO CONTROL VEHICLE START UP 1. Press the release button and REMOVE the clear DOME cover. 2. CAREFULLY LIFT OFF the PLASTIC blister SECURING THE CHARGING UNIT and ANTENNA, AND REMOVE BOTH. CAREFULLY unscrew AND REMOVE the vehicle from the PLASTIC blister. And the antenna is a "UNIQUE COUPLING" and the antenna connection a unique connection. 3.Secure / THREAD the antenna IN THE ANTENNA HOLE LOCATED ON THE CONTROLLER 4.Unscrew and REMOVE the battery COVERS on both the controller and THE charging unit. INSERT 3 “AAA” batteries (not included) into each charger unit and 3 “AA” batteries (not included) into controller of the battery compartments. Then REPLACE the battery COVERS and tighten the screws. CHARGING THE VEHICLE 1.Place the vehicle on TOP OF the charging unit HOLDER, GENTLY BUT FIRMLY PUSH THE VEHICLE INTO POSITION ON THE HOLDER. 2.Press the charging button and the charging LED indicator will turn on INDICATING THE VHICLE IS CHARGING. The LED indicator will turn off when the vehicle is fully charged (approx. 45 seconds). PLEASE NOTE: a). If the batteries inside the controller are low, the LED light will become dim or NOT LIGHT UP AT ALL, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHARGE THE VEHICLE. PLEASE REPLACE THE BATTERIES. b). Make sure the BATTERIES HAVE BEEN INSERTED CORRECTLY (+ OR - ) then preparing TO CHARGE THE VEHICLE. c). Rechargeable batteries may getting hot and dangerous if being continuously recharged. OPERATING THE VEHICLE: 1).Fully extend the CONTROLLER ANTENNA. 2).Press the forward and reverse buttons to make the vehicle move FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS. FOR LEFT AND RIGHT TURNING, press the left and right buttons respectively. PLEASE NOTE, the vehicle will turn only when it is moving forwards or backwards. ALSO NOTE, the operation light will turn on when the vehicle is in use. 3).Adjust the fine tune STEERING LEVER located under the vehicle to keep it moving straight. PLEASE NOTE: a)When operating the controller, please do not touch the antenna. As control distance and the speed will both be EFFECTED (AFFECTED???). b).If YOU NOTICE A REDUCTION IN SPEED AND CONTROL, PLEASE BEGIN RE-CHARGING PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE. {Rosie, this is also recommended to add the following Warning on the manual.} WARNING: Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate ratio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is needed • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help NOTE: THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RADIO OR TV INTERFERENCE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO THIS EQUIPMENT. SUCH MODIFICATIONS COULD VOID THE USER'S AUTHORITY TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.

Technical Description TX Circuit - Consist of encoder circuit, R.F. OSC. Circuit Transmit circuit. - Encoder circuit includes IC-TX2, R3, R14 and C13. - On/Off switch include S1, S2, S3 and S4. - R.F. OSC. Circuit includes Q1, Crystal, X1, L1 R2, R4 and C12. - Transmit circuit include Q2, L1, C10, R16, C8, C9, L3 and L5. - R.F. OSC. Create signal and then encode through Antenna to transmit.
