Users Manual

FUTURO CUBE Thank you for purchasing FUTURO CUBE, this device contains Li-Pol rechargeable battery, please read all safety precautions and this user guide carefully before using your device to ensure safe and proper operation. Refer to the www.futurocube.com for the latest SW upgrades, general news, user comments with tips & tricks. PRINCIP is not liable for performance issues or incompatibilities caused by uploading of unauthorized SW or disassembling the device or handling violating safety precautions. Images and screenshots used in this user manual may differ in appearance from the actual product. Structure of the menu and set of games are based on factory defaults, which can be change later by user. FULLY CHARGE THE CUBE BEFORE YOU START TO PLAYING WITH Main menu gesture Make a circle 3 times Circle size of the regular CD, speed like you would clean window, do not rotate your wrist. Hibernation Double tap from the bottom Global gestures * Hibernation is temporarily disabled in some games. Might happend while placing on table. Futuro Cube is in Transportation mode USB connection: Charging + leave transportation mode USB charger USB cable Remove USB cable go to main menu Tap to cube: get charging status Unboxing or Low battery indication The cross symbol is always on the top. Game menu Rotate icon on top: Game select 1x tap from the top: Run selected game 2x tap from the top: Get rules & explanations 3x tap from the top: Reset selected game Side tap: Next menu Shake: Get menu explanations Gomoku Snake Ring Dream Cubris Game menu A This gesture starts GAME MENU anytime except when the cube is in hibernation mode or if batteries are empty. Hold the cube in your hand and make a circular motion about the size of a CD. You have to do it more than twice and with speed like you would be cleaning a window. The real magic is that during the circular motion, you don’t rotate your wrist at all! (WAX ON, WAX OFF) It is little bit unusual, but like Daniel San you will master that soon. After a while you find you can do the motion much smaller than CD, but remember, do not rotate your wrist and use proper speed! Try to beat the cube. This is a classic five in a row on the cubic surface. The special rule is that diagonals of opposite sides are connected. Remember, you have to confirm every move you make. If you miss the right spot, move the cursor away and try it again. Examples of winning patterns: Eat as many apples as you can without eating yourself. Sounds easy, normally you wouldn’t eat yourself anyway, right? Well then, let’s see what your final score will be! By taping to side which is next to side with your head, you change the direction! Tetris on cube. Tap on a side to rotate the piece; tap from the top to place the piece. If you fill a side, that side disappears, if you create a ring around the cube, the ring disappears. Remember, that the pieces will always appear on the same side and you have to pick them up. So, it is not wise to fill that side! The goal is to move spots, so at the end, each side has only one color and same colored sides are always opposite. Use your cursor to select a spot on the cube and then with a tap from either direction, you highlight the belt with this spot. Then you can turn the cube while the belt keeps its position until you tap again. To reset this puzzle to original state, tap the menu from the top at least three times. Hibernation is like switching the cube ON and OFF. It is done by double tap from gravitation bottom. That means no matter how the cube is rotated, bottom is always the side nearest to ground. Cube will be then temporarily suspended for saving energy. After repeating this gesture later, last game continues as it would be paused. At some games, this gesture is disabled, because player can execute it unintentionally. Hibernation works all the time from GAME MENU except when game explanation is in progress. Tapping on cube is most essential move that requires little practise. Read following instructions to help you with your first steps: 1. Cube’s surface is not a touch screen. You must really tap the cube, not only touch. 2. Try holding the cube firmly with one hand, while tapping lightly with your index finger from your other hand. 3. At the beginning is better if you hit with the tip rather than the pad. 4. The steadier you hold, the less force that is needed. 5. Taping with nails can be problematic for first time, rather try to tap with flash of your finger. Run tutorial for detailed step by step exploring some essential tricks. Tip for beginners 123 456 Global gestures - continuation For charging use only standard micro-USB cable connected to personal computers, notebooks or certified wall adapters intended and tested as USB chargers with output current min 0.5 Amps. (Recommended example: Kindle US Power Adapter or Kindle EU Power Adapter available from AMAZON or its dealers) Batteries life time can be decreased by not using the device for longer period of time (more than 1 month). To prevent this, fully charge the battery and immediately put the device into transportation mode according to user guide, before you stop using it. Battery is subject of warranty claim if after fully charge the device can not run longer than 1 hour. Prevent electric shock, fire, and explosion, water, high humidity. Prevent children to play with this device. Do not drop your device or impact it with sharp or heavy objects. Do not disassemble it. Prevent outer surface from any damage or contact with liquid. Prevent small object and liquid falling into sound holes. Do not handle a damaged or leaking Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery from damaged or undamaged device. Do not change the battery by yourself. Use authorized service if needed. Never dispose of batteries or devices in a fire. Follow all local regulations when disposing of used batteries or devices. Never place devices on or in heating devices, such as microwave ovens, stoves, radiators or extremely hot surface…

The apparatus was set up and exercised using the configurations, modes of operation and arrangements defined in this report only. Particular operating modes, apparatus monitoring methods and performance criteria required by the standards tested to have been performed except where identified in Section 1.7 of this test report (Deviations from Test Standards). For emissions testing, throughout this test report, “Pass” indicates that the results for the sample as tested were below the specified limit (refer also to Section 2, Measurement Uncertainty). Where relevant, the apparatus was only assessed using the monitoring methods and susceptibility criteria defined in this report. All testing with the exception of testing at the Open Area Test Site was performed under the following environmental conditions: Temperature : 17 to 23 C Humidity : 45 to 75 % Barometric Pressure : 86 to 106 kPa…
