FCC ID: QO3AM100 After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) Please provide a block diagram as specified by 2.1033(a)(5). 2) Please provide clear (and if necessary higher resolution) photographs for the internal photographs 3) Please provide a schematic diagram as specified by 18.207 (e)(1). The exhibit provided only shows a small corner of a schematic. Please note that the schematic must contain component values and be easily readable. 4) This application did not include a request for confidentiality. Please confirm that confidentiality is not requested on any exhibits within this application. 5) Please provide an updated manual or additional information regarding compliance with 18.213(d). 6) FYI, for devices tested to MP-5 that do not have a standard length, permanently attached power cord should be tested with a 1 meter power cable attached. It appears the cable used for testing was about 1.25 m. Please ensure future tests are properly configured. 7) Please confirm that the RF board is identical between each of these models and the only electrical difference is the bulb. 8) Section 3.4 of the test report mentions a battery. Please explain. 9) Page 11 of 16 of the test report contains a plot that covers the top portion of the page. It is not certain what this plot is for. 10) The plots show the peak emissions from 450 kHz to approximately 1.2 MHz above the QP limit for most models. Because of the wide band area that exceed the QP limit, please explain precautions taken such as reducing sweep speeds and step size to ensure that accurate worse case QP measurements were made and that non-compliance does not occur in this band. 11) Please provide information as specified by 18.207(e)(2). Also, please provide information regarding the power consumption of each bulb ("load") for these models. Timothy R. The objective of the manufacturer is to demonstrate compliance with FCC Part 18 and CISPR 11 Consumer Equipment limits for consumer equipment test condition. 1.3 Test Methodology All measurements contained in this report are conducted with FCC Measurement Procedure MP-5, technical requirements for Methods of Measurement of Radio-Noise Emissions from FCC Part 18 Consumer Equipment. All radiated and conducted emissions measurements are performed at Bay Area Compliance Laboratory Corp.
