The Transmitter is almost same with Keyless Enter System for vehicle. As you know, the section 15.231(a) allow data transmission for control signal. Enclosed please find a manual for overall system. The controller has a receiver board storing max. 5 phone numbers for emergency situation. If the switch on the transmitter is pushed, the receiver receive the signal and send this signal to the main board in the controller and then the controller activate make phone calls automatically. I hope enclosed system manual cover your requirement for AN03T2588. The revised ID Lable for receiver is not a problem to sen that to you, but the noise from the controller over the class B limit.
