Users Manual

User’s Manual (AF15W,AF20W,AF25W) This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Consumer RF Lighting Device,pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates,uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and,if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, many cause harmful interference to radio communications.However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. 1 Use only on 120V/60Hz. 2 Never disassemble or modity-any changes could void the user’s authority to operate this device. 3 Not for use in totally enolosed recessed fixtures. 4 Risk of electric shock-do not use with where directly exposed to water. 5 This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights. 6 This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or commumication equipment operating between 0.45-30MHz. 7 To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after swithing off. 8 Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy sensor. 9, If device is malfunction such as excessive audible noise or excessive radio interference with nearby equipment, turn off and replaces the device.
