OPERATION MANUAL 1. OPERATION Model KF-2010 NAXEL Band X, K, Ka, Laser, VG-2 Oscillator Frequency* 1 st Local Oscillator: 10.990 ~ 11.385GHz(Sweep) * 2 nd Local Oscillator: 545MHz, 1550MHz. Power Voltage DC 12 ~ 14 V Display P, X, K, Ka, L/V, I,II, C Key Operation Initial State: When Power is on, Display switch on to off from Left to Right. Finally, โPโ remains on. 1. Mute: Mute Button allows you to turn off beep alert. Initial Setting: Mute Off. If Mute Button is On, Receiving Signal, No beep alarm but show Display. 2. Dark: Dark Button allows you to turn off display alert, Initial Setting: Dark Off. If Dark Button is On, Receiving Signal, No Display except โPโ but make Beep alert. Remark: Mute & Dark Button doesnโt work at the same time. 3. City: City Button allows you to reduce false alarm. Due to Reduce Sensitivity by Software. Initial Setting: City Off (Highway Mode) If City Button is On, Receiving Signal, City Button allows you to reduce false alarm. Sound Beep Alert: The Driver can hear Beep sound 2. DETECTOR TURN ON/OFF To turn detector on, rotate power on/off clockwise. The detector sounds distinctive beep and displays each band as self test (P, X, K, Ka, L/V, I,II, C in order) To turn detector off, rotate power on/off counterclockwise. 3. ADJUST THE VOLUME To volume up, rotate power on/off clockwise. To volume down, rotate power on/off counterclockwise. 4. Receiving and Identifying Radar, Laser, VG-2 When you turn detector on, It sounds beep alert in the following order (P, X, K, Ka, L/V, I,II, C) Your detector displays band and gives different beep alerts for each signal. In addition, the alert tone pulse rate increases and the detector displays signal strength(I,II) as the signal gets stronger. When Detector senses Radar, Detector displays each signal(Band) and sound beep Alert. When Detector senses laser, Detector displays L/V and I,II, blinking. When Detector senses VG-2, Detector displays only L/V . WARNING Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the userโs authority to operate the equipment.
