Information for Class B Unintentional Radiators (FCC 15.21 & 15.105: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. DW-SBTM1 is a standalone Bluetooth module running HCI level Bluetooth stack. It enables data connectivity over distances as much as 10m (30ft). The HCI interface is standard to ###FLASH or ###ROM parts (check BOM). DW-SBTM1F = uses ###Flash part (check BOM) DW-SBTM1R = uses ###ROM part (check BOM) The integrated circuit includes both the RF processor as well as the baseband (BB) processor. All the related Bluetooth protocols that deal with RF modulation, channel hoping sequence and timing, are dealt within the chip. It also has an internal regulator for the core and RF circuitry, and internal VCO and PLL filter. Product: Bluetooth Module Model: DW-SBTM1 FCC ID: R37-DWSBTM1 RF Exposure Startement: DATAWIND Bluetooth module DW-SBTM1 complies with FCC radiation exposure requirement specified in the FCC Rules 15.247(b)(5). This DATAWIND DW-SBTM1 Module has 1.85mW (2.67dbm) of conducted peak output power and 2.08 mW (3.17dbm) of EIRP (Peak Antenna Gain is 0.5dbi). Also the highest measured field strength of fundamental emission was 92.2 dBuV/m. Since the peak conducted & radiated EIRP power is very low and well below 5mW, this type of equipment less likely to go over SAR value limit of 1.6W/Kg for General Public use which is regulated by “OET Bulletin 65, Supplement C”.
