MCU, under the normal instance of the power supply, crystal brought from Y2-76.8 KHZ. The matching C18, C19, R9.When mouse moving, the signal picked up and then handled by it, transfer to MCU. The signal generated by scroll wheel and button then handled by MCU. The high frequency generated by Y1-27.042MHZ, the matching C14, C10, C11.exported from MCU8#, after the RF antenna inductance matching, export high frequency signal.
