This device is a 15.239 12V automotive roof-mount LCD monitor/DVD player designed to broadcast an audio signal to a car FM broadcast band receiver. The device can be manually switched across three frequencies within the 88.3 to 88.7 MHz band. External inputs are also available for connecting to an external analog audio source. There is no intentional coupling to the vehicle wiring. Any coupling which may occur is incidental. In reviewing the Manual there are no specific instructions on routing the wire or warnings against altering the wire or it's length. Response: Ensure that the device is tested on a table and tested in accordance with C63.4. Ensure that the antenna was manipulated for maximum emissions.
